Did not have the size truck I reserved and didn't notify me until the day before. Provided a truck half the size which means I'll have to make another long distance haul. This is the not the first time I've been notified after the reservation was made that there's a problem and it's too late to change plans. I won't be using uhaul again. I need a more reliable service.

The place was a dump. Marijuana smoke and very scary to drop off. Did not receive details of drop off for days. DO NOT GO HERE ALONE!
Tawna DHorrible to pick up from. U-Haul was full of stuff. Showed up and no one was there to help. Had to call someone almost an hour later. Would not recommend.
Kody LI don't even know where to begin. This place was like an old run down shack with a couple of U-Haul trucks parked out in the front yard. There was a man who walked out not saying much. I told him I was there to pick up the 15 foot truck. He threw some blankets in the back and gave me an appliance dolly instead of a hand truck. No instructions. I took some pics around the truck and interior including the dash while running and I was off. Quite a surreal experience.
