There was nobody at the facility at 6pm, when I dropped off the truck. I was charged an additional amount of almost 70 miles more than I was originally allowed, but I was NOT given a credit for the additional fuel I left in the truck. I was not even contacted by the facility. Quick to add a charge, but no consideration of a credit. Based on my experience, I WILL NOT recommend this location.

DONALD SI rented on a Saturday. This location was closed on Saturdays so I had to pick up the truck using the U-Haul App on my phone. I would prefer to do business in-person.
