I called to make the reservation and was quoted $0.79 per mile. When I checked in I was told the mileage was really $1.09 per mile. No explanation could be provided for the discrepancy. I will not use this location again.

I made reservations for a 20 ft truck for 7/15/2020 by Rosa, in which was made for 7/16/2020 instead. I went to the Gause Blvd location to pick up the truck after speaking to Christine yet the truck was at a further location causing more mileage on the truck. I go to the location for pick Christine was very nice and professional. I drop the truck off and Rosa saw dirt on the floor board of the driver side and states you need to clean this up you can't leave it like this. I stated it was raining and I am not cleaning it up. Rosa stated I can charge you a cleaning fee. I said excuse me I have never been charged and I'm not cleaning anything. Rosa stated well Christine isn't going to be happy. I said I don't care! This is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul! I am very displeased with the way I was treated!!!

My original pick up site was in New Orleans. The time of my reservation was changed without consulting me. It was only by the grace of god that I noticed the change. I had to call the 1-800 number at 11pm, on hold for over an hour, and they were able to find the only truck in the general area for my needs. This site was 45 min from my original reservation, with a pickup time for 6am. I was extremely unhappy with Uhaul and the Tulane Ave uhaul site

The questioning process was longer than anticipated. I rent vehicles very often, when renting a vehicle they ask me for my License, Credit Card and proof of insurance.. When I rented one of your vehicles I had to provide 2 additional names and phone numbers both which had to answer at that moment. I believe this step was unnecessary..

Stop charging outrageous amounts of money to drop off uhaul trailers; at other stores, other than; the one you rented it from. I thought, uhaul was owned nation wide; by uhaul and a costumer could drop off at any store; for the same amount.

Local location where I ended up was great! National uHaul reserved the truck at a location about 10 miles from where they said it would be.

Trucks were much better then ever expected. Clean, great AC, radio, cruise control and run the speed limit with a load. They were Great!! People in Slidell and Waveland were friendly, professional and helpful.

Was told I could return the truck by end of day by pickup location; my contract read 4pm but I went by the employee word. At 530 pm I was called by pickup location asking where truck was, explained I was unpacking and told I could return by midnight. Employee was real polight and explained it was due by 4 but no worries just have it in by 8am. I hung up and unpacked. While doing so I recaieved a voicemail by same employee apologizing and saying if I didn't return immediately I would be charged additional day, so when I returned truck, listened to voicemail I was irritated. Next day I have a $47 charge for additional day, not at all pleased with the back and forth.

Although we had an appointment to pick up our truck we had to wait quite a while. The pick up ordeal lasted about 45 minutes and was excruciatingly tedious. The drop off experience was equally painful. There was a small scratch when we dropped off the truck, which we pointed out. And now, over two weeks later, still no one can tell me when or if my card will be charged for the original rental or the insurnace claim. Will not rent from here again.
