Stop with the ridiculous over mileage rate!!! A customer has the right to use whichever route he/she feels is the most safe and effective route and NOT the route that U-Haul deems best. Road conditions and congestion, which U-Haul has no idea of, As long as the equipment is returned, in good condition, on and at the agreed upon time and place, there shouldn’t be any over charges!!!!!
