We were supposed to pick up 15 minutes from our home with,a person, but truck never arrived, so Uhaul sent us 46 minutes away for a self pick up. They didn't tell us that, we had lots of issues with the website, talked to 4 different people on the phone and it took us over an hour to finally be able to get the truck in 90Ã· degree heat.Andrea C.

Truck was not clean. Cargo area and cab dirty. Driver Side mirror broke and truck should not have remained in service until fixed. U-Haul App is also poorly designed. Face recognition not working and takes too much time to complete sign in and check in. Needs significant improvements.Gerald S.
The vehicle we reserved was not available when we arrived. The customer service person was nice enough to give us a larger vehicle that was there for the same cost to allow us to keep our schedule. For that reason the interior of the vehicle was not clean.ALBERT D.
The utility trailer was marked as 5' x 9' which would have been an excellent size. However it was NOT that size. Was actually MUCH smaller and the riding lawn mower I was to transport just barely fit. Disappointed that there was not a proper rear gate that allowed me to drive on and off my equipment. Actually used my own ramps that luck had it, I brought along myself. Suggest to bring along a tape measure of your own to measure physical size to fit your needs. Do not trust the lettered markings on the rental unit. Also had to purchase a lighting adapter to get trailer lights to work at an auto store down the road. BEWARE!!!Carole C.
This was a good experience overall, however one of the customer service representatives hung up on me and furniture pads were missing from my order. As the location was closed, I used the Mobil pickup option, so I could not contact my pickup location to request the furniture pads or get help with the lock. The locks password was small on the app I could not tell what the combination was from the screen.Lavette Y.
When I called a store to reserve a 15 ft truck, I got downsized to a 10 ft that didn't have a ramp. After I told the person I talked to that I needed one. Then the pick up location change and I'm assuming that's when my reservation was changed to after hour pick up, with out notifying me. I spent an hour waiting for customer support to find that out the day of pick up. Then when I called back to see if I could swapped the truck for a larger one, I was told there were no larger trucks in my area. And to top it off the truck I did get had roaches in it, so I had to clean them out before using.Marshall T.

Location had not "checked in" my uhaul upon arrival. The man quickly checked it in meaning it was not cleaned etc. I got in to find ashes in the cup holder and a weird smell in the cab. When refueling the truck the gas gauge was moving very slowly. I was sitting in the cab watching the gas gauge so I knew when to stop thinking the pump was one of those super slow ones. I was wrong I got out because it was really taking a long time and realized I had pumped 28 gallons of gas!!!!! I quickly stopped got back in turned the key off and back on and it still was under half a tank. I got in and started driving confused. Within a few minutes the gas gauge shot up to over the full mark. I mentioned this to the guy behind the counter st the location because I left with 5/16 of a tank!!! He said there was nothing he could do and that "a few of the trucks do that". Really?!?!?! A few of your trucks fuel gauges dont register the fuel right away? Seriously?!?! I just spent $55 in fuel I didn't even use!! This was my 2nd uhaul rental in 2 weeks and I need one next week but might be checking for some other company after this. This was a very poor experience!William F.
That lady, something is wrong with her. She charged me for two days and it should have been for one and she is trying to cheat me out of my hard earned money,no. She will not even answer her cell phone that she is using has the business number and will not answer neither until... It's a 24hour rental, I was even told to me that it should be a 24hour rental. I'm going to desput the unnecessary charges. I will never do business with that business or those people again.ralph D.
I called after returning the Uhaul because there was a leak inside the back compartment of the truck. It leaked water on passenger side. She was very apologetic on the phone and said she would have someone check it out. It must have been quite a bit of water though because it leaked through several boxes.JETANA W.
Corporate inventory was incorrect for this location. I was able to reserve an appliance dolly when in reality there wasn't one at the location. Such errors can create serious problems for your customers. Fortunately, I was able to get by with what I had.Furman W.
