The guy working at the location was fantastic. The truck battery was dead and he immediately responded and got us on our way. Great attitude!

The app is a bit wonky. A couple of times, I encountered a few glitches when scanning my license and returning the truck back to its location. Nevertheless, customer service was great and made sure I was in good hands.
Newlyn AThe interior of the 15' truck I rented was dirty. The cup holders had crumbs/dirt in them. The passenger's seat and middle seat both had crumbs/dirt on them, as well. There was paper on the floor (under the passenger's seat). Overall, the truck operated okay, but the A/C fan cut off frequently when going up long hills. I strongly recommend renting from Power House Equipment in Smithfield instead.
