A little slow on getting the paperwork completed at pick-up, but overall a very good experience. Will consider using them again as rental cost was less than I anticipated.

Best U-Haul rental experience. Trailer was in excellent, clean condition and well maintained. Personnel were very helpful.. Location was conveniently located and of course it was cool to see all of the performance cars that where being worked on and parked around the property.

Justin PThe app is the problem. The equipment that I wanted specifically the toy hauler was not available in my area. I did not notice a prompt telling me this I just struggled to place the reservation. Thank God for the folks at the pick up location. They where able to get me on my way with equipment that would work for me. I could not say how long I needed the truck for or how many miles I thought I would use.
