The app is the problem. The equipment that I wanted specifically the toy hauler was not available in my area. I did not notice a prompt telling me this I just struggled to place the reservation. Thank God for the folks at the pick up location. They where able to get me on my way with equipment that would work for me. I could not say how long I needed the truck for or how many miles I thought I would use.
