The location was fine, the issue was with the after hrs pick-up using the App. It was not very helpful at all and several steps could be done ahead of time to speed up the process like taking a self pic and pic of drivers license. the biggest issue was when I made the reservation I had to put a pick-up time, I knew I would not be there before they closed at 5pm and only thing I could put was 4:45pm and say using mobile app, I got there at about 5:30pm and it said the equipment was not available, so I had to spend over 30 min talking with customer service for them to fix the issue so I could proceed with the check out. very frustrating when it should have been a smooth process.
