I have used this location before and love it because it's so easy to park in the spacious lot. I arrived after the store had closed so I just used the app check-out and the key dropbox. So convenient and simple, my favorite dropoff place in Smyrna.

I had to climb over snow and ice to get the truck. The trucks are parked behind the building where there is no lighting for those that return the trucks after dark. I felt very unsafe. Then I had to take all those pictures which I think is not necessary. After I parked the truck I had to go back around front to drop the key in the drop box.
KELLEY PProbably not charge for mileage when U-Haul calculated it incorrectly. Now that’s just silly. I didn’t stop anywhere extra except to get gas. Your system is off. Probably try someone else next time.
