Shannon at Pinnacle Storage & U-Haul was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help my dad and me during our move, and he made what was a stressful experience with the movers who did not show up (which I hired through UHaul) much easier. He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had what we needed. It's rare to find someone who provides that level of customer service anymore, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Shannon, for all your help. We really appreciate everything you did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing storage or a U-Haul rental.

This location is probably the best of the best for UHaul. However, the contractors for moving services I paid $400 up front online for at checkout and they never showed up. I now have to call UHaul customer support and figure it out.
