Make sure to inspect the rental better before the customer arrives to pick up equipment. Car hauler had a flat tire when I picked it up and had to change out the equipment. Other than that everything went smoothly. Thank you.

MICHAEL VAlthough i only had the car dolly for a 24 hour period i was charged for 48 hours because there was no one at the location when i returned it. this was in the middle of the day 12:12pm, on Wednesday June 11, 2025. I called multiple times throughout the day to inform them of the return with no answer, I left Messages on the voicemail at the location and finally called U-Haul costumer service to report the return and was ensured that it would be taken care of, but when i received the email with my receipt on Friday June 13 I had been charged for an extra day.
