The guy behind the counter was super nice.
DOUGLAS TThe truck I requested was not available. I reserved a 15' truck from 9:30am to 4:30pm. When I arrived the only truck available was a 26' truck that was booked by someone else at 1:00pm. I still needed to move, so I had to take the 26' truck and rush to get at least some moving done and then return the truck 3.5 hours before my original requested end time. I was to move furniture from 2 different locations and was only able to finish one.
MYLES RMake some of these U-HAULS more convenient for bigger people. I had to lean my seat back and try to move the seat more as much I could. The ride was ok but the steering wheel was snug against my stomach.
Shane BDrop off went very well. Everything was done over the phone and it was after hours.
