Received a call that requested size was not available but a larger truck would be substituted. Original pickup was 1pm to allow for 2 days of moving. We were told the truck wouldn't be available until after 4. When we arrived the truck had obviously been there for more than a day as it was covered in snow. As a result we did not have enough time (lighting) to completely load and will have to rent again.
