I had a terrible time using the app to pickup my vehicle. When I arrived, the app indicated I was at the wrong location. Chat with support was worse. I had to stand under a tree in the neighbors property to make the app believe I was at the correct location. It was 2am and they wanted to call someone to verify my identity. I left, and came back the next day when the establishment was open. I wasted 57 miles, two trips, and three hours. This delayed my move by a few hours. Very dissatisfied with service from U-Haul support, Not the local merchant, he was GREAT!

They were great
Terry JArrived at drop off location 24 hours plus before due date (but after normal business hours of 8-12). Called number on contract several times but no answer. Could not leave message. Uhaul app could not find or confirm my location. Spent several hours on phone trying to find someone to check-in my return. Two other people were at site upon my arrival, party was having same issues as me.

JAMES OMakes no sense to charge for 2 days when you are closed Saturdays and Sundays! If i pick up on Friday, before close, and you aren't there to rent it out again Saturday or Sunday, why am I charged for 2 days? You weren't there to rent it anyways! Furthermore, none of the left tail lights worked on the trailer. Guess no one checks those things? Glad i wasn't pulled over. I i ended up booking through the website for $75.00 but paid $90.00 at the pick up location!!! Don't plan on renting again... truck or trailer!
