I would recommend Collins but not uhaul. I mean saying something is going to cost $19 and the bill was $96 was ridiculous. I drove it four times from the house to the storage unit located 6 miles away each way. Just wow what a rip.

KEVIN GCollins is a great business to deal with and I've used them several times now. Just not happy with Uhaul and the way they send you out of your way to get trucks. Mileage is the game I guess.

Lyndsey VI had a terrible time using the app to pickup my vehicle. When I arrived, the app indicated I was at the wrong location. Chat with support was worse. I had to stand under a tree in the neighbors property to make the app believe I was at the correct location. It was 2am and they wanted to call someone to verify my identity. I left, and came back the next day when the establishment was open. I wasted 57 miles, two trips, and three hours. This delayed my move by a few hours. Very dissatisfied with service from U-Haul support, Not the local merchant, he was GREAT!
