I reserved a truck for Sunday pick up with a hand truck as well. The truck was ready but no hand truck. Since this location was closed on Sunday I had to waste two hours calling U-Haul customer service to go to another location and get a hand truck. So, when a customer reserves a truck with accessories PUT THEM IN THERE!!!!
