Despite the fact I reserved a 15 foot truck a week early, I received a call from one of your office team members, Jessa, the day before at 3:30 that there would not be a 15 foot truck available at The Rental Place in Sonoma for pick up and I would need to travel to Napa for one. Fortunately, she was able to provide me with a 20 footer at The Rental Place location in Sonoma. She was incredibly helpful. The customer service rep at The Rental Place was very accommodating. There were some "technical issues" relating to the billing process and paperwork in general that were not in his control and took some time to rectify. other than these 2 issues, everything went well. Thanks.
