Broken glass and razor blades in the bed of the trailer. The chains did not fit the holes on my hitch -- I have a standard tow hitch.

I called and made a reservation and said I would be there between 7:00-7:30 am. The woman I spoke to told me I was all set and that she would see me on Sat. I never recieved a confirmation email of the reservation. I did not realize it until the morning of the move. Once I got there they xould not find my reservation. Luckily they had a truck that I was able to rent, but I was not happy about the situation, at all.

Driver side seat belt was completely broken. Roadside assistance could not fix and I was forced to drive for three hours on the freeway with no seat belt at high speeds. UHaul completely jeopardized my safety on this one. Bed of truck was dirty.

I was told I would get a $50 credit for my rental being 2 hours late and when I called to make sure I was credited I was transferred to an answering machine and did Not get a call back. If There is No credit to my account I will file a Formal complaint which is just another waste of time. Sonoma uhaul should have took the time to issue my credit during my two hour wait for my late rental instead of making me call to get the credit they had offered.

The tow dolly trailer caused about a $1000 damage to my cars rocker panels where the ramps contacted the car. This is unacceptable.. This should not be an approved trailer for this car. Please contact me ASAP. Mike Bristow 707-287-2612 Napa, CA

Excellent customer service. My favorite place to rent a U-Haul. Wish sometimes they had more trucks available in the different sizes. Other than that... great!!! Horacio Gomes

I have nothing to compare it to, so I answered the first question as 'above average' for no particular reason. The staff were wonderful, although the computer system took longer than I expected to process my order. Overall, a great experience.

Had to drive 45 each way out of my way to get the truck at the last minute Uhaul notified me there was no truck in the location I reserved a truck at, so too late to book with another company. Horrible experience overall. They should have had the truck sent to the location instead of making me go an hour and half out of my way on my moving day. Had a ten hour drive that day plus loading and unloading. Uhaul will never get my business again.

U/haul main headquarters in Marysville ca. Called me 3 times during the week changing my pick up location , then day b4 told me they didn't have my truck available ? I reserved it a week b4? Needless to say I had to drive 40 miles to get a u- haul truck.

Holy cow! I returned my van after hours last night and the key WOULD NOT FIT into the return box slot! How on earth? So I tried to call The Rental Place, but their online number was no good. I then had to track down someone at Uhaul online to tell them that I had hidden the key behind the front tire. BUT THEN UHAUL FORGOT TO TELL THE RENTAL PLACE ABOUT IT so this morning I got a call from The Rental Place asking where the key was. Yikes! That is incompetent. I also do not like UHaul's confusing price structure, which one employee told me is designed to keep certain information from the customer. Grumpy about Uhaul right now.
