KATE CThis is the UHaul location that is closest to my home, and I have been a relatively frequent customer over the years. I find the staff to be very helpful, and whether I am picking up or dropping off, it is very efficient and convenient. For this specific rental, I was able to drop off the truck using the app, and then drop off the key. It went seamlessly. I have already recommended this location to a friend, and will continue to do so in the future.
SUZANNE FAfter I got my receipt I noticed that I had been charged $15.50 for gas. I had already filled the truck up with 3.14,gallons and driven 49 miles. At this rate the truck was getting slightly less than 16 mpg. I believe the person who checked the truck in made an error reading the fuel gage and I contested this. I was informed that there was nothing they could do. I am asking for the $15.50 to be refunded.
