I almost got attacked by a rooster when I got out of the truck at the drop off spot. The gentleman explaining to me that the $160 charge will fall off and $120 chargeable remain didn’t understand why I was confused that I was only just returned $40 not charged again. He said I wasn’t charged but I’m seeing a negative amount on my bank statement and then he kept cutting me off and I said well just let me get my thought out and then we can talk about how I’m wrong or what I don’t understand. Any hung up on me.

Daniel vI reserved a truck for Sunday pick up with a hand truck as well. The truck was ready but no hand truck. Since this location was closed on Sunday I had to waste two hours calling U-Haul customer service to go to another location and get a hand truck. So, when a customer reserves a truck with accessories PUT THEM IN THERE!!!!
