Bryan CThere were no blankets to protect the furniture and it sustained damage. The truck wasn't very clean.
Jaime VNeed to be more specific on where you need to be in order for you GPS to work when using mobile pick up. You most be close to the pick up vehicles not the actual office which is opposite side of he parking lot. The office has late opening hours which conflict with early morning picks. If you want to speak with a in office person.
