The original reservation got screwed up by your COMPANY & wanted me to travel 45 minutes away to get it. (This is a very rural area & most everything is distant.) Somehow (magically ??) it got put back to Brown's, where the rental agent is very good. I do NOT appreciate that your company ITSELF caused so much worry & wasted time & efforts to make this right.
