Uhaul traffic diverted my drop off after I picked my rental up with a text message but didn’t change it in the system. The first drop off location called me wondering where truck was. They also didn’t give me credit for mileage for diverting me out of my way and had to pay extra for mileage.

ANDREW MThere was a rug and straps and a blanket left in the trailer, and we had no help getting the trailer on our truck. With no tongue jack on the trailer, it was almost impossible. Also, the man was really slow and not helpful. He overcharged by charging for insurance I hadn't selected and didn't need but couldn't give me a credit for it. I will not be using that location again.
