Pickup was scheduled for 10am on Saturday at twinline towing in ascutney, scheduled a week in advance. Friday evening the day before pickup, I get an email saying my reservation was moved an hour away. Ended up having to chose a different location slightly closer but still 45 minutes in the opposite direction. An added 1.5 hours of driving. Pickup at new location was scheduled for 8:30am. It took them over an hour to actually get me checked in and didn’t actually get the trailer hooked up until 9:30. This is now 2.5 hours extra from the original reservation. I reserved the trailer for 12 hours, but only actually had it returned in 5 hours. Got charged for 24 hours and got 7 calls just on Sunday because they didn’t think I had returned the trailer (despite following the online check in). I’ve rented uhaul lots of times but this was BY FAR my worst experience.

Mercedes RWe had to move the pickup location to Londonderry, VT, to Brown's, which was great. However, the original pickup was in East Dorset, VT, at Farcass. The location was helter-skelter and looked like a junkyard. We spoke with the owner on Thursday about a Friday pickup. When we arrived, he had been closed all day and would not open again until Monday. This forced us to find another location in Londonderry, which was an extra 40 minutes back and forth. My suggestion is that you find a better location in the Manchester area. The guy at East Dorset seems to only work four days a week, and the location doesn't reflect well on U-Haul.
JOHN RThe windshield of the truck was filthy inside and out. Very difficult to see with sun glare. I had a reservation in East Dorset for a 15 foot truck. There were two trucks in the parking lot but no keys in the lock box and I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way one way. To receive the truck I was supposed to get originally. I also purchased a mattress bag which I was unable to use and your registration system is a complete joke.
JASON JI feel like your directions are clear when they benefit you, but the information on how to fill the tank is unclear and was in an email. I filled the tank but was not reimbursed. I think it could be mentioned somewhere in the online drop-off instruction video I watched.
