I was told I could not get my deposit back unless i paid cash which i havent found a uhaul place that takes cash in Illinois and it said I would get 60 extra bucks to bring it to the Carbondale location and never received it either I'm very disappointed and out alone of money due to being lied to

Chad SMake it easier to check in… and notify people when they aren’t going to a U-Haul place with employees to help. I am glad our local U-Haul was so willing to help me over the phone. Definitely don’t plan to use again. Worst experience ever.
