The vehicle was clean but didnt run well at all luckily we only went 17 miles. i got charged outrageously for gas because qpparently the gas gauge wasnt working it was very frustating

EDMUND BThe truck engine light is on. It has soda and whatever all over the holders. There was pills on the floor not maintained at all
Robert WTge attendant barely spoke ANY English. I actually entered my own information into their computer as she didn't know what to do. She had someone on the phone she was speaking with in their language but she still needed physical help from me. It's different if someone has at least a working knowledge of English but she did not. I got tgere a little after 9am and did not leave until after 10:15. That is horrible service.
Rachael KI was over charged by almost $300. Luckily a call to U-Haul support reimbursed me. In addition, when I asked for a receipt, no working printer was available to provide one.
