The truck engine light is on. It has soda and whatever all over the holders. There was pills on the floor not maintained at all

Tge attendant barely spoke ANY English. I actually entered my own information into their computer as she didn't know what to do. She had someone on the phone she was speaking with in their language but she still needed physical help from me. It's different if someone has at least a working knowledge of English but she did not. I got tgere a little after 9am and did not leave until after 10:15. That is horrible service.
Rachael KI was over charged by almost $300. Luckily a call to U-Haul support reimbursed me. In addition, when I asked for a receipt, no working printer was available to provide one.
Jeffrey HI was told I could not get my deposit back unless i paid cash which i havent found a uhaul place that takes cash in Illinois and it said I would get 60 extra bucks to bring it to the Carbondale location and never received it either I'm very disappointed and out alone of money due to being lied to

Chad SMake it easier to check in… and notify people when they aren’t going to a U-Haul place with employees to help. I am glad our local U-Haul was so willing to help me over the phone. Definitely don’t plan to use again. Worst experience ever.
