The equipment was dropped off outside of business hours making comments on the property difficult. The location is convenient. The ability to drop off outside of business hours is appreciated. I would have liked some way of getting a confirmation that all was satisfactory with the returned equipment and that my obligations were complete. You might want to allow a "N/A" answer to questions for returns occurring in unmanned locations.
