Mark continues to provide information that allows me to pick the rental truck, vans etc. that best meet my needs. Polite and professional earn my repeat business. There are other U Haul rental sites in greater Portland where I have had to deal with extremely rude behavior and the service at the pleasant hill site in So Portland has returned me as a regular U haul customer again.
