The employee working at the time of rental pickup was extremely rude. Our driver whom has transitioned from a woman into a man was treated in a way we will never use this location again despite renting her for years for our business. Employee asked completely inappropriate questions and statements that were derogatory regarding his gender status. Questions like “what happened to you?, why in the world would do you do that?” And kept going on and on in a way that caused my driver to experience one of the worst days of his life. Question after question, statement after statement that were not okay. The employee working that day acted completely inappropriate and In an hateful harming manner. We will never use U-haul again
