How U-Haul Reviews WorkOwner Mark has always been helpful. The van I rented was new and very comfortable.
CALEB MAmazing customer service , highly recommend
Jon BWe reserved a truck to be picked up in Sanford, Maine. Instead they made us drive to South Portland, Maine which was more mileage, tolls and gas. We were never informed that we had to refill the gas tank, so for 9 gallons, we paid over $50.00. We had no problems with the truck.
Beth GNo customer service since nice in the end couldn’t get up to give me total balance and send charge lote more
