Manager refuses to wear mask indoors especially since his employee is morbidly obese. He said, "We don't play that game here" and chastised us for holding the door open while we were attempting to pay. First and last time there, but in my recent experience, all the U-haul reps in the Portland, ME area have no respect for anybody but themselves. Moving Help guys - excellent!

The drop off point was fine.

The truck cup holders were full of trash and what looked to be spilled coffee. The truck smelled like cigarette smoke. The steering wheel and radio controls were sticky and the floors were full of mud

Agent closed office early and assessed a cleaning charge that was not disclosed to me at the time of rental. Claimed I was supposed to fold all used pads and that it was written somewhere in the vehicle. I am disputing this charge unless I hear back from you

The attendant never tightened the trailer to the truck and sent me in my way. The trailer detached from the truck, luckily after going over a bump at a gas station, and not the highway.
