Jorge GThey checked the gas and said ok . It’s more than what it was when you took . I took a pick of the fuel meter . Later they charged me $25.80 the next day and the statement said 4 gallons of fuel short . What a rip off .
Ranjit GThe Uhaul rep that writes you up, can not drive a truck, I had to move another truck myself that was in the path of my rental. Then when I finally got to my truck, the drivers mirror was missing. I had to settle for a 10" - smaller truck as 15" was not available. Parking space was a bit tight to have trucks in. This wasnt even the location I requested. They changed my pickup location from Rockaway to Van Wyck expressway. Am I pleased, not really... I can only rate average as to the above reasons.
