The Uhaul rep that writes you up, can not drive a truck, I had to move another truck myself that was in the path of my rental. Then when I finally got to my truck, the drivers mirror was missing. I had to settle for a 10" - smaller truck as 15" was not available. Parking space was a bit tight to have trucks in. This wasnt even the location I requested. They changed my pickup location from Rockaway to Van Wyck expressway. Am I pleased, not really... I can only rate average as to the above reasons.

ALEXANDER PAmazing location. Great selection of vehicles. Located at the BP gas station. So convenient. Everyone was very helpful, especially the BP clerk when I picked up the keys. I will definitely use this location in the future & would recommend it to anyone in need of moving vehicles
Brenny ABoth mirrors of the truck wasn’t in good condition I was driving without mirrors all the time because the was loose and they moved with the vibrations of the truck , the truck was so dirty and smell so bad
