While the Rental Vehicle was clean from a garbage/left over materials, etc. standpoint, whomever use it prior to my rental created a LOT of dust (likely from construction work) that was all over the dash board, drivers/passengers seats & center console. Had to use wipes to remove the significant dust (due in part to personal allergies related to dust). It is important to note this vehicle was "NEW" (only had 1200 miles on it and I previously rented the same unit a week earlier (at 500 miles) and the condition was pristine!. Renters should be advised about returning units DUST FREE, particularly if going to be used in any construction work.

Miguel MI booked a 15’ van to pickup at 8:45 am. I particularly mentioned that if I don’t get the van by 9 am, it will be of no use and my purpose will not be solved. I went to the pickup location and noticed that it will not be available before 11:45 am. Eventually I have to take 10 feeter and I know how much struggle I did to transfer my goods.
Mohammed UStore Clark acting like scammer. At the AMG Fresh Market gas station, a man who appeared to be from India took my card information. I’m not sure why, since I had already entered my card during the booking process. Now I’m worried something is going to go wrong with the transaction.
TANVEER HWhile I do not have any specific issue with the location, I am extremely disappointed with the U-Haul service. I reserved a 20’ truck some 10 days prior, arrived and I was informed the truck was not available. They offered a 15’ which I accepted but was again told it was unavailable. I had to settle for a 10’ truck that was very small for my move. I had to hire an additional truck that cost me additional $120 just to complete my move on time. I would definitely not recommend Uhaul particularly when I was told that unavailable reserved equipment is a common occurrence.
