Everything I reserved a truck went to be the time I got it was not the time I reserved for, but you guys wanted your truck direct time then you overcharged me for gas and mileage

Jeffrey MKnow how to use the Tablet. I was 5 min early to pick up the truck and had to wait 35 min for one person ahead of me and another 20 min for myself. The vehicle didn’t have enough gas to make the trip either, so I then had to stop to get gas. Lucky for me I picked it up at a gas station, but unlucky for me that a security feature wouldn’t let me use a credit card and required me to go back inside to pay for gas. I couldn’t take any more waiting and had to leave to meet my helpers. The overall experience at this location will make me think twice about using U-Haul in the future.
Matthew SWhile the Rental Vehicle was clean from a garbage/left over materials, etc. standpoint, whomever use it prior to my rental created a LOT of dust (likely from construction work) that was all over the dash board, drivers/passengers seats & center console. Had to use wipes to remove the significant dust (due in part to personal allergies related to dust). It is important to note this vehicle was "NEW" (only had 1200 miles on it and I previously rented the same unit a week earlier (at 500 miles) and the condition was pristine!. Renters should be advised about returning units DUST FREE, particularly if going to be used in any construction work.
