While I do not have any specific issue with the location, I am extremely disappointed with the U-Haul service. I reserved a 20’ truck some 10 days prior, arrived and I was informed the truck was not available. They offered a 15’ which I accepted but was again told it was unavailable. I had to settle for a 10’ truck that was very small for my move. I had to hire an additional truck that cost me additional $120 just to complete my move on time. I would definitely not recommend Uhaul particularly when I was told that unavailable reserved equipment is a common occurrence.
