There is only one staff member that can arrange the rental for u-haul and he wasn't there at the booked pickup time so I had to wait an hour for him to arrive. He again wasn't there when I returned the rental so I just left it with my name on a piece of paper. Very inconvenient experience.

ALLYSON GEquipment pick-up was fine. Drop-off not as good. Apparently the person who “does U-haul” didn’t get there until 11 am. I dropped the trailer off at 9. The lady working the register took my name and number, and said she would leave it for the person when they arrived. I got a call from U-haul later that afternoon asking about f I needed more time with the equipment, or if I had returned it already. Apparently they hadn’t bothered checking it back in yet, making it seem like I hadn’t returned it on time!
