There was nobody there for the return. It's a motel lobby and the place was locked up. I had to do everything online and it took too long. Now....I know some people love the online stuff. I do not. I want a person there for the pick-up and return. Would never use this location again.

Andrew BI responded no BC stop 21 had nothing to do with my return. There was a crew up with U-Haul system that allowed to complete a one way and then when it came to drop off I couldn’t drop off at the location. I found this out only by calling U-Haul to confirm The young lady I spoke to on the phone, i forget her name, I think it was Katelyn!! Anyways she REALLY saved the day. Her customer service went above and beyond. I just cannot give her enough credit. She made a commitment, called me back in minutes and handled a terrible situation. Give that girl a raise. You are very lucky to have her. Call me if you wish and we can get into details. Just amazing!!
BRIAN AAgain I failed to take pictures of milage and fuel level. Dispute resolution was very good. I would recommend U-haul again.
