This was my first no contact "full phone rental". I wasn't sure if I had done everything correct, the staff there was available to answer my questions. The truck was clean and ready to go. The truck parking lot was easy access and easy to pull out of. The returning of the truck was no problem. It went very well.

Check the tool request section. I had requested a dolly and was not provided one, which made my trip take longer and I was almost late bringing the truck back.
