Very slow to attach the trailer to my vehicle when I got the trailer it had gravel and sand spread out the trailer bed, it took 30 minutes for the lot tech to hook up to my vehicle after I rented it

JONATHAN GThe truck I rented was dirty. Sticky substance on the floor in the cab area and something sticky in the box area where my property was. Foot prints on the inside of the windshield in front of the passenger windshield. The young man who showed me the truck seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. Poor customer service. Use this as a teaching moment if possible. Michael
