It was difficult to get in contact with this location. The staff were friendly, but the process to rent the truck was a bit challenging.

There was no one there just us so no personnel at site as they were not open at 7 am when we were requested to return the truck.
Annette KUnbeknownst to the us, on the day of our return there was a scheduled power outage in the entire town of Sparwood. There was no power at the gas station to fully fill our gas tank.
Lloyd BThe issue I have is that I dropped off the U-Haul when the location was closed, I dropped the keys in the drop box. The location had documented my return was later in the afternoon on the next day resulting in an extra day charge.
