Unbeknownst to the us, on the day of our return there was a scheduled power outage in the entire town of Sparwood. There was no power at the gas station to fully fill our gas tank.

The issue I have is that I dropped off the U-Haul when the location was closed, I dropped the keys in the drop box. The location had documented my return was later in the afternoon on the next day resulting in an extra day charge.

Robert PIt’s a gas station location. The staff are dealing with numerous customers at the same time so is distracted often. However, the attendant provided good service.
RICHARD WIn my case I had to drive more than 2 hours to pick the truck up and 2 hours back. As far as the pick up location Justin was great. U-haul is very lucky to have him. I am grateful that we got a truck. Not happy about how far I had to go to get it.
