Dealing with the pick-up and drop off locations we were very pleased with. It was the knowledge or I should say lack of knowledge and skills from the help centre. We had a very unpleasant time dealing with the help centre. They did not know if they were coming or going.

When booking a trailer that is "in stock" I would like to take that trailer. I had my booking changed 2 days prior and had to take an enclosed trailer. I booked an open trailer. I wanted an open trailer, instead I had an enclosed trailer, a less efficient brick through the air when on the highway. When I collected the said affront to aerodynamics, there was open trailers in the lot. Why they weren't offered to me when after I had booked one, annoyed me. This is why people prebook things, the choice you offer should be guaranteed. Instead I had to burn through more than usual, expensive, gas to achieve the goal I wanted to do with an open trailer.

Jack BThis location for pick up was four hours away from me, which made for an almost 9 hours. The truck back was dirty. There was grease or oil in a corner and drag marks to the door. I had to clean this grease up because I didn't want to track it into my place or have any transfer to my stuff.
