Terri and her husband were lovely to deal with especially after a less than desirable experience earlier that morning when trying to pick up a rental in West Brookfield where the truck was totally snowed in. Terri and her husband made this an easy and stress-free moving day which we are grateful for!! Although, I have no desire to move ever again, I would rent from Letendres for any moving needs!

Easy pick up & drop off, even after hours. Only negative is hours operation but drop box for after hours drop off was available

BARRY SThis location is not set up for the 26’ trucks to be returned. The spaces are right off the street so there is no room to get the truck in without pulling out into traffic on a dangerous road. On top of that the, spots are short so the truck had to be all the way back and barely made it behind the sidewalk. Very difficult location to return large equipment too
