Your site is a disaster. Trying to sell me all sorts of useless goods and services. Along the way you slipped in 170 dollar fee for insurance. I never ordered that. Shame on you for adding that extra charge, tucked in between all of the offers for boxes and blankets. I will remember this next time I need a rental. If you are a person reading this, same on you too. Your pay stub is based on deception.

NORMAN GThe trailer was not at the dealer where it was reserved; the dealer had later hours. Had to travel an additional distance to pick up a trailer at another dealer with shorter hours, and I almost didn't make it.
