CATHERINE GMistakenly returned to location (on same street!) .25 miles down the road. Disappointing that the fee for that was going to be $80! Sheesh. Front desk at pickup/dropoff location was fantastic. Wrong location- not as much.
KRISTEN GThe woman working the counter was great. She went the extra mile to help. That location really needs to invest in a trailer dolly though. Someone is going to get hurt moving those trailers around by hand.
