I had extended the rental but the manager of the location insisted that he had someone renting it at 9:30 and came and removed the trailer from my address. It wasn't a normal Uhaul experience

Jeffery CWe were also charged for extra miles (8.6) but this was because we had to drive twice to the pick up location because we were told the truck and toy hauler were not available at the same time. I will be disputing this charge with American Express.
