The location and staff are great. The 24/7 on line service only deserves a 1 star. The location opens at noon for U-Haul services. It’s at a location that’s open but don’t handle Uhaul until noon.The app was not responding, but I had great internet on my phone. I called the 24/7 to get assistance but was was unable to help because I hadn’t paid yet. I was told I couldn’t pay her. I was able to go into the store an and one of the employees helped me out. She was awesome. It took 40 minutes on the phone got nowhere, but the employee had me out of there in about 5 minutes.
Ray HThe location I rented from is attached to a gas station. Upon returning my truck and attempting to fill it up to half a tank, I found the pumps at the location we're having an issue that only pumped 10-15c at a time before shutting off. I tried two pumps and asked them not to charge me for the gas issue but they ended up charging me anyway for something that was an issue with their pumps and no fault of my own. I'll probably never use UHaul again after this.
