There was some unforeseen hiccups in the beginning of my reservation but associate Lilly from the Storeland Self Storage, Culpeper location was extremely helpful. She recommended the 208 Boat and Self Storage location and booked my 15 ft uhual from them. Lilly went above and beyond with her assistance and think she is a wonderful addition to her team. As for the 208 Boat and Self Storage location, the team member there was so lovely and kind! She made the check out process very easy.

The young lady that helped me was very nice. They didn’t have the truck I reserved (15 ft) so I took a 26 foot truck, which cost a lot more in fuel. Not happy about that obviously.
Diane CKim was very helpful and understanding of our specific needs. Also, she had a fun sense of humor!
Claire MCustomer service representative was very nice but once i got code and got to vehicle, the interior was dirty and seats, steering wheel were sticky and vehicle smelled like smoke. I had to clean interior myself. Outside vehicle had scratches and dents and also, there was no windshield wiper fluid so had to make random stops to clean windshield. Maybe one time issue with previous person dropping off so if needed, I would use them again.
