The location had no problems once arrived, prior to that I was told I would have a guaranteed reservation at a closer location to my residence when I arrived there wasn’t one and I was downgraded truck size from 20 foot to 10 foot. I feel I should have been notified prior before any of this happened, because of it I lost a day of packing and didn’t leave my house on time.
