Again, I am so lucky to have encountered two exceptional and professional representatives when I returned my rental. I unloaded a 20 foot trunk alone. I was running a bit behind schedule and after explaining my situation to the representatives, they gave me the extra time I needed in order to unload my truck and return it within a time frame in which I would not be penalized. This team knew their business and their social and customer skills were second to none. I would recommend this team to anyone.

This pick up location was very dirty also confusing it look like someone home plus the young lady who work there came a hour later then my pick up time was for 9am she didn’t around until about 10:30am I had to sit outside to wait on her she get there finally and mess my whole booking up claiming she can do a discount for her lateness it was never applied the inside of the truck was dirty and the gas was only for 250miles I thought I was getting a full tank to start I do have photos I will be adding on my google review for this poor location and experience.

MATTHEW DI reserved the pickup for 9:00 AM and no one show up until after 10AM. Then, their printer didn't work so I didn't get a copy of my contract.
