After leaving the lot - I noticed the drivers side mirror was cracked. I called UHAUL immediately to report. Marcie Hricziscse was amazing to work with and took care of report quickly and was very pleasant. It would be beneficial to add the large mirrors as a photo check on the app. Booking reservation on the website was a bit confusing. Even though i entered all the information - the first place i went to rent the truck only offered "local" service only. Not sure why it sent me to this location knowing i had entered 130 total miles in my reservation.

I reserved for a dolly but there wasn’t one supplied when the truck was picked up and I was still charged for it even though I submitted photos showing that there was no dolly.
Cherish OPersonnel was busy working another job to process our equipment arrival. She said she would do it on Monday (we dropped off on Saturday and turn in was Sunday). So I got a call on Monday asking if I still had the equipment. I was now late in the return and would be charged the daily rate until they could locate the equipment.
