There was no one working physically at the pick up site that day and I almost had to attach the equipment to my car myself even though I have no experience. Luckily, I was able to contact someone to come and help, but I would have appreciated the heads up before arriving that day that I may be on my own.

Robert RHave someone there to help . We had to call after reserving from another U-Haul place. The lady that ran this U-Haul place would not even come to help us she was not there at the time
Doug LI was over charged for mileage. The worker tried to correct it but I'm still being charged for the mistake. Fix it and refund me the difference
Joseph SI brought the vehicle back with 1/2 a tank of gas and got charged for having less than 1/4. Someone is pocketing the extra money.
