The associate who rented me the U-Haul was nice until he told me the total and I questioned why it was significantly more than the quote. He said it’s because of the insurance for the truck which I said I would decline. And he argued with me for two minutes about why I should have it as opposed to providing a reasonable explanation and then accepting my declination.
Daniel FI rated this low due to complications returning. There were no places but 1 to park a 26 ft truck, unfortunately the area all were parked backward in my one spot had a huge mud hole.. this made it very difficult and ended up having to drive it in forward to get it parked. Not a knock to owner of shop but needs to address this before uhaul charges people for something not at fault of them.
