Hard to rate a place that you have no interaction with. Used the app for after hours pickup. Luckily there was a lady there that pointed out the lock box for the keys. Don't think I would have found it on my own. I had requested an appliance dolly and was not informed that it was unavaiable. The truck was very clean and easy to drive. Love that it had a backup camera!
