TIMOTHY HThe location was a junk hole that smelled like cat urine. The rental had a broken windshield, leaking hub oil, and worn out leaf springs. The 3 women did not know how to use the website resulting in my card being ran multiple times and when I paid in cash, they forced an additional $100 deposit of which I am not getting the total deposit back.
Sara Dimprove your app and paper work process, it's so lengthy and annyoing and please hire people at your customer care, no one picks calls when dialed. I tried multiple times but no response.
