Our U-haul was towed by our storage unit because they thought it had been abandoned there but Hidden Treasures of Springfield Mo tried to steal our belongings even though the truck was still in our name and was still an active rental. They blocked the truck in and backed it against a fence saying we forfeited all our belongings, we called U- haul they said that was not the case and would take care of us getting our stuff back and extending our rental a day so we could get our things out without charging and knocking the fuel cost off none of this happened complete joke in my opinion. Completely dishonest and untrustworthy company go to Penske.
