The person was helpful, but only after I had struggled for 35 minutes alone trying to lift the trailer off the hitch. The rental record shows I returned it at 6:14 p.m. That is true. But I arrived at 5:35 to find the place closed, dark and empty. (It advertises being open until 6:00. I was there with plenty of time to spare.) The lot is small, tight and muddy. I got my truck muddy inside and out, as well as my shoes. It was also cold, so I now have a worse cold/cough. Cameras on the building were going on and off the entire time I struggled, so I'm presuming they knew I was there. I called the place's number at 5:30. There was no answer. U-Haul Roadside Assistance called several numbers and also got no answer. Roadside Assistance had my return changed to a different location and as I was preparing to depart the small lot, the U-Haul person came out from the dark building to assist!
