The lot agent made all connections on the trailer to my tow vehicle. The trailer decoupled 5 minutes after leaving the lot. We called roadside assistance which was a waste of time. The responder changed out the ball hitch on my towing vehicle. The ball was appropriately sized for the trailer and less than a year old and the lock nut that was loosening from road vibration was not fixed. Very, very disappointed in what should have been simple rental experience.
