How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery helpful
John SIt is what it is. The lady was very friendly and kind I just had to call her to get her to come out vs. Walking into a store like I expected. It was fine but a bit dissheveled. I would go there again, I now know what to expect.
Mark ACheck in process is slow which puts moving behind. Truck was filthy! Gas tank was less full than what the app showed. I couldn't proceed with check in unless I confirmed the truck was clean and the gas tank matched. Location was sketchy at best. Never again!
Michael MThese guys were great and very helpful.
