I had to stay at a hotel for the night because the light where no working . Because of broken wires. No reimbursement for that.

Turned trailer in on Friday afternoon at about 1 pm then turned the truck in at about 4 pm. Then on Sunday we get an email from U-Haul “ credit and collections that we owe on the trailer rental that was turned in before the truck was. Called U-Haul was promised a return call the next day but crickets from U-Haul later 1day later the trailer gets checked in for mondays date. Mind you we turned it in on Friday. . No we’re sorry we made a mistake or errors just silence. So if we don’t hear back from U-Haul we will understand silence is their me motto. Sincerely Mr Squire
